Time for BED

OK, time to hit the hay. That alarm is going to go off super early. Time to find my shoes, and lay out my clothes. Wish me luck. Day 1, here we come.

A New Blog for a New Beginning

Thanks for joining me over here! If you made it this far, I know you are here because you want to follow and encourage me on my new journey. I cannot thank you enough for supporting me on this journey in transformation.

Tonight I went grocery shopping. I made sure to buy lots of wonderful veggies and fruit as well as lean meats and seafood. I bought snacks, but ones that are healthy and easy for me to portion control.

I also shopped for new workout clothes. Tuesday morning I will meet my class. We will all be weighed and measured. Our pictures will be taken and we will set our goals.

Tonight I am enjoying a little indulgence that I probably will not eat often in the future. I am having veggie pizza with light cheese by Papa Johns. I am not choosing to look at it as though I can't have it again, but rather I choose not to eat it often to give myself a better chance at making positive changes.
