Morning comes early

Thought I should post my journal before I sleep...

veggie and egg wrap w/ salsa
bite of banana (Cait wanted it)

Snack
salad & about 16 whole wheat cheezits

Lunch
ChickfilA Chargrilled Sandwich (no pickle)

Snack
Dried fruit/Nuts (170 cal)

Dinner
Black Bean Burger Wrap (spinach, onion, tomato)

64+ oz water
