Food for Monday

Pre-Workout
Banana

Breakfast
High Fiber English Muffin
MSF Veggie Sausage
Cheese

Snack
White Bean Hummus and Carrots
8 Dark Chocolate covered Powerberries (Trader Joes)

Lunch
Whole Wheat Flatbread, sundried tomato and basil hummus, turkey and spinach (as a sandwich)

Snack
triscuits and veggie yogurt cheese

Dinner
Baked/Broiled Balsamic marinated Salmon
over ramen noodles, wilted spinach and garlic
broccoli sprinkled with parmesan

Over 8 glasses of water.
